Mark Prince, an ex-professional boxer (former IBF and WBO Inter-Continental Champion) offers a unique training experience which combines fitness techniques with an empowering coaching style that transcends self-imposed barriers and pushes you to achieve results that you never thought possible.

  • Training Sessions are customised to compliment your current fitness levels and achieve your personal fitness objectives.
