HISTORY:

Michael went to a comprehensive school that excelled in sport (in particular rugby) and he has never lost a game ever.

His first imprisonment was when he was 14 years old and he has spent the best part of 25 years being a rebel without a cause living a life full of crime, drugs and gang affiliations.

He was a very disruptive prisoner and won nearly every strong man and fitness competition (never coming less than second) whilst serving his numerous prison sentences.

HOW KPF HAS HELPED HIM:

Michael first met Mark Prince on the Sky One show: “The School of Hard Knocks” 2011. Mark’s emotive story of how tragedy changed his life forever, the struggles he had to overcome in order not to seek revenge following Kiyan’s death and the challenges that he had to face when feeling immense sorrow and pain touched Michael.

Mark Prince is living proof that “no matter what challenge one may and must face, even when it knocks you down, you must get up and dust yourself off and keep moving” – a powerful message that Michael has instilled into his everyday life.

This is what sticks with Michael and he uses it to inspire himself and others. He met Mark Prince at a very pivotal point in his process of change. He felt his passion and it persuaded him to be resourceful and never give up when the going gets stuff – FAIL TO PLAN, PLAN TO FAIL.

FUTURE:

Michael wants to be part of an Olympian training team to aim for gold. Dreams may come true – keep it moving.
